Mike Flinn

Attorney

Mike’s skillful and effective representation for almost 30 years as a trial attorney has earned the respect of his clients, as well as judges and adversaries. As a prosecutor and defense attorney, he has handled thousands of cases from misdemeanors (including DUII) through the most serious felonies (murder, sex crimes, assault). As a family law attorney, Mike has represented people in divorce, child custody, support issues, post-judgement modification issues, adoption, and more. As a personal injury attorney, he has handled personal injury cases of all kinds, from minor traffic collisions to medical malpractice matters to wrongful death cases. Mike earned a Bachelor of Arts in English and a Juris Doctorate, both from University of Oregon.

Dena Nealeigh

Paralegal & Office Manager

With nearly a decade of legal experience in criminal, civil, and family law, Dena understands how to navigate a complex legal system. Her focus is on helping our clients through what is likely one of the most difficult times they will experience. Dena holds an Associates of Arts degree as a Legal Administrative Assistant.

Maggie Flinn

Paralegal

As part of our Estate Planning division, Maggie ensures our clients’ plans for their futures as well as their families’ futures will be carried out. Her careful planning and document production ensure asset and legacy protection for our clients. Maggie graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice and cum laude with a Juris Doctorate from Case Western Reserve University School of Law.
